WE OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via the Spanish postal service Correos. Once your order is confirmed, please allow us the time to make your made to order design, wrap it and ship it to you. All parcels are sent using tracked & signed delivery which means that you will be provided with a track and trace number after your purchase and will be able to check the status of the shipment online. UK orders arrive in about 7 working days, EU orders arrive in 5-7 working days and non-EU International orders usually take about 8-10 working days to arrive. Please note that in busy periods the postal service might take a little longer.

REFUND POLICY

We’d like you to be fully satisfied with your Chouchou purchase. If you would like to exchange or return a 'ready to ship' item you are able to do so within 14 days of receipt, provided that the design is in perfect condition, unworn and with the original hangtags attached. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns at the moment, please email info@chouchoucouture.com detailing the information of your purchase and we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to return your item. Please allow 21 days for your refund to be completed and processed back onto your original payment method. 

MADE TO ORDER, BESPOKE ITEMS AND SAMPLES

We are proudly a small, female owned business running on a made to order basis to avoid overproduction;  each order is created especially for you. As of April 1st 2023 all made to order, bespoke orders and personalised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, we are solely able to offer our alteration service or store credit if there is a problem with the fitting, please see the next section for more details. Sample pieces, one-of-a-kind pieces and press samples might present small defects which are always highlighted in the description and reflected in the sale price. All sales on these designs are final and any defect will be noted in the description of each product.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

All items have to pass quality checks before being sent. However, in the unlikely case of a mistake or a small fault we are happy to offer our alteration service. Please email us with your order number and a short description of the issue, preferably with photos attached. We will refund the postage costs, simply write to info@chouchoucouture.com so we can advise you on how to return the order to us.

IMPORTANT

We very rarely have issues with lost parcels as Correos offers a very reliable service. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in the post; however, we always strive to offer some assistance to locate the parcel. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and up to date as we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address. International deliveries may incur custom charges and taxes. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes that may be charged at the point of entry into the destination country.
